What is C21™ Hemp Oil?

C21™ Hemp Oil is a hemp plant extract containing cannabinoids, of which the most prominent being CBD (Cannabidiol).

Our products are grown 100% organically, free from pesticides and heavy metal, and our process of extraction is the most pure method available (no contamination).

THC levels are negligible (less than 0.2%), and all our products are nicotine free.

We are GMP certified (Good Manufacturing Process), and all C21™ extracts are lab tested, with every batch recorded.

What are cannabinoids?

Cannabinoids is the name we use to describe the chemical compounds produced by the cannabis plant. There are more than 110 identified cannabinoids (and more are being discovered all the time).

The most notable cannabinoid found in the plant is Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the primary psychoactive compound in cannabis. Cannabidiol (CBD) is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid which also forms a major constitute of the plant.

C21™ Hemp Oil contains only organic certified hemp oil from hemp (Cannabis Sativa). We ensure our crops are free from pesticides and heavy metal, and our process of extraction is pure (no contamination).

Our Hemp Oil contains Omega 3, Omega 6, CBD + CBDa, Vitamin E, along with naturally occurring terpenes, co-factors & co-nutrients from hemp (Cannabis Sativa).

All C21™ Hemp Oil products are Vegan and Kosher.

All our CBD products are THC free and nicotine free.

What are the ingredients in C21™ e-Liquid 300?

C21™ eLiquid 300 is derived from natural, organic certified hemp oil from hemp (Cannabis Sativa). We ensure our crops are free from pesticides and heavy metal, and our process of extraction is pure (no contamination).

Our eLiquid contains CBD along with naturally occurring terpenes, co-factors & co-nutrients from hemp (Cannabis Sativa). In order to achieve the smooth, perfect vape clouds, whilst not crystallising, we infuse our eLiquid 300 in Proplyene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerin.

All C21™ eLiquid products are Vegan and Kosher.

All our C21™ products are THC free and nicotine free.

Does C21™ ship to all European countries?

Yes. C21™ products can be shipped to any European country. We also deliver to the US, Canada and Australia.

Do I need a doctor’s prescription?

C21™ products are legal as they fall under the classification of hemp, and are currently considered a food supplement. As such there is no need for a doctor’s prescription or medical marijuana card and therefore C21™ is legally available to everyone.

Are C21™ extracts approved by the MHRA?

Though medical trials and research continues in the UK and Europe, there is currently no official stance by the MHRA regarding CBD. Therefore it is currently not classified as medication or treatment.

We value and respect the legal process, and support the ongoing investigation into the possible benefits and positive effects that our natural organic product may produce.

We work closely with the MHRA and we are kept up to date with future plans. In turn we pass any information on to our social media community and followers.

Will C21™ products cause me to fail a drug test?

There is always a chance that any derivatives from the hemp plant can have an impact when taking a drug test.

How should I store my C21™ Hemp Oil and eLiquid?

When storing our products, please ensure you keep them in a cool, dry area. Please make sure to avoid direct sunlight or heat. However, neither our C21™ Hemp Oil nor our C21™ eLiquid needs to be refrigerated, though you may prefer to take the Hemp Oil when chilled.

Yes, our C21™ CBD is perfectly safe for young people. Please do take care, and monitor any young person taking this product under your care.

How to use the dropper to administer C21™ Hemp Oil?

C21™ Hemp Oil bottles come with a handy pipette, perfect for application and will allow you to measure your C21™Hemp Oil intake.

If using via oral application please try to avoid contact with your mouth. We do suggest cleaning the pipette after each use, using an alcohol swab or an antibacterial wipe.

How do I return a C21™ product?

In the event you need to return a product, please ensure you contact us within 30 days of purchase. Providing the product is unopened we will accept returns. If there is a problem with the product, you will be contacted by a C21™ representative to resolve the issue. We will always endeavour to meet your needs and will accept returns whenever possible.

We will send out a return post label to use at no cost to you and once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued immediately and you will be notified by automated email.

If your product was purchased through one of our distributors or retailers, you will need to liaise directly with them.
